Really trying to improve ankle strength/stiffness. Its always been a weakness. Hoping to move up in weight by quite abit with these.

3 x 15 single leg glute bridges
3 x 10 single leg raises

5 x 10 bw dips
Ab work


Probably going to do some dribbling later today as a form of cardio.

nice workout, how long have you been doing the ankle stiffness stuff? your hops are pretty good right now for non-max-effort.

from the looks of your last pic you uploaded, just getting to 7% body fat while getting 100% healthy + jumping and you'll be close to 40... that's pretty damn good.

I actually just started it afew days ago, this was my 3rd session. Its challenging but not taxing so Im doing it every other day so far.

Yea thanks man, I would be ecstatic if I got 40 and Ill definitely go for it, but in 3-4 months time I was thinking 36-38 would be more realistic. I want to keep my jumping down this summer, I went crazy last summer leading to the injuries. I want to be jumping once a week max.

1st dribbling session ever - small session, 15min  ~was pretty chill and relaxing although it definitely got my heartrate up.

that's pretty good, 20 pullups after 4-5 hours of bball.. i would definitely be pretty drained, i'd imagine i could hit 70% or so of what i could do fresh, after that much work.
