^thanks man appreciate it. My mom drove me to ER this weekend, I wasnt feeling horrible but my heartrate was going through the roof with any movement. Anyways they did the ECG, blood pressure, blood test etc and everything came out great. Not really sure what the cause is but I am getting better and hoping to get back to it sometime this weekend. Im guessing it was some type of weird respiratory flu  ??? Ill pick up where I left off seeing as I wasnt pushing any limits lol.

On the bright side this has caused me to completely change my diet and have been eating extremely clean/healthy lately.

nice man.. saw the vid, however you can move some weight and remain healthy is #1 priority.. eventually depth/movement should improve as you keep getting stronger.

Thanks mayne. As of now I plan to start jumping/dunking mid/late april. I still need time to get stronger, incorporate some sprints + bounds, lose some fat, work on my plant etc before I start jumping again. Another big reason is that its -7C and still packed with snow... lol

Yesterday

Today - Morning empty stomach workout
Light Stretching

Box Squat 4 x 5 225lbs  (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dz4qfKSYE5E)

Barbell Lunge 2 x 8 45lbs each leg
Reverse Lunge 2 x 8 45lbs each leg

Upper Body

Stretching
Shoulder Prehab (was previously doing these on my stomach on a bench, did them standing felt 100x better)

Behind back neck pulldown 2 x 9
NG Pullups - 16
Prone Cobra - 2 x 3 10 second holds
Prone Superman - 2 x 16
Bent Over DB Row 25lbs - 2 x 16
Bench Press - 95 x 8, 115 x 6, 115 x 6 (cant remember last time i benched, felt like doing it for fun today)

Pretty happy with the prehab/very light weight approach Im taking with upper body workouts. Always disliked doing them, this seems to be a great setup for me.

Nice work on the PR.  Hey, I thought box squats were when you sit on the box, stop momentum then explode up?  From your vid it looks like you'r touching and going.  Anyhow, doesn't much matter I guess, nice lifts.

GREENEST FREAKING ROOM EVER, BTW! ???

thanks mayne. Yea I mentioned it somewhere in my earlier posts, def not a real box squat. My back gets aggravated fairly easily if Im not careful and doing real box squats is harder on it. Im using the "box" more for a depth check if anything.

Green is my fav colour lol. It can be abit too much for some haha  ninja
