Age:17
Height: 5'9"
Weight:140 lost 5lbs while I was sick and in season so it should come back quickly
I'm an athlete

These are my recent work outs coming off the season... started the day after easing into it!

This isn't my only physical activity and my training is auto regulatory there is no set pattern.

2/18/11-
Sumo Deadlifts 135lbs 9, wasn't feeling this
Shrugs-115lbs 16/15/15/14/14
Bench close grip- 95lbs 7/6/5/5/4

2/20/11- (didn't record  this)
Push Press
Hang clean- New pr 145lbs, barely missed 155lbs

2/22/11-
Explosive push ups 8/7/8/8/7
Chin ups 8/6/4
Tired this day, lots of previous activity

2/23/11-
Conventional deadlifts- 205lbs 5/5/5/5/5/4 These felt awesome
Push Press- 85lbs 4/5/4/4 My wrists lack strength and flexibility coming off the season
Dumbbell rows- 45lbs R/L 10/9 10/9 10/9 8/7

2/24/11- Today... felt good
Power Cleans 135lbs 4/3/3/3
Bench 115lbs 6/5/5
Broad Jumps
Medicine ball throws & Slams

My shoulders and neck are a bit tired and my legs are a bit sore! Lots of training lately  & I've got some adjusting to do with my hands. I believe I'll be training tomorrow... we'll see how I feel. My nutrition is all over the place, I'll find out how much I weigh again soon. Enjoy my chaotic journey towards improving athleticism.

WTH does the title of the journal mean?

Biofeedback training = Auto Regulatory training. My training from day to day is based off of a range of motion test and how I feel. I test different movements and the biofeedback is the response my body gives indicating a good or bad movement.

Metabolic Flexibility is your bodies ability to adapt to using different fuel sources. I train to be metabolically as flexible as possible.

I've learned a lot from Mike T Nelson and Adam T Glass. I believe this is currently the most efficient and practical way to train.

Some people say it's not the end results but the journey that matters, and in general i tend to agree, but not now, it might look chaotic but the results won't be.

No that shit literally does not make sense. No offense, don't mean to be attacking, could very well be my own retardation, but metabolic flexibility makes no sense.

I'm sure you don't man, none taken.  Cheesy

Basically flexible is an odd choice of word. It's just that the principle is named that way. Flexible refering to = being able to adapt to.

So Metabolic flexibility would just be the ability to adapt to different sources of energy intake for activity. It can be trained.

2/26/11
Bench 135lbs 4/3/3/3 my shoulder disliked
Cable Rows 110lbs X8, 100lbs 10/9 My shoulder disliked even more
Dumbbell Rows 25lbs 3X10  Always feel good
Close grip neutral press, 75lbs? 4/4/3/3/3 I loved these, they felt amazing.

Weighed in at 142lbs

What don't you understand?

Thanks for the kind words Divad, thats sick man! I'll be progressing quickly as I regain strength I've previously lost. Biofeedback/Auto regulatory training is the future.

Starting to think this is a troll.

Please quit spamming my log with off topic and unkind words. I have asked for specification and you've offered nothing. You've used vulgarity for no reason. Use your words because your inability to communicate only indicates that you've been poorly educated. Also, as you've decided to jump quickly to the conclusion that I'm a troll only further shows a level of arrogance on your part. Please learn how to have a civil discussion.
