
Was in florida on vacation for a week. Deloaded and did some recovery/conditioning stuff with sleds and tried to slowly ease back into sprinting. Did some iso glute bridges every day instead of the ltmp stuff and got up to around 45s single leg. Then strained my hamstring on the last day doing some 20 yard sprints. There was a pretty big pop and it is probably worse than before but there isn't any bruising. Didn't even get to break 2.7 when I was trying to come back

Time to reevaluate my goals, probably gonna drop down to around 180-185 just from not being able to train and stick to that weight inseason. Gonna follow the bill starr rehab stuff with squats/reverse hypers and learn how to low bar squat since I'm tired of having garbage hamstrings that can't keep up with my quads when i try to reach a certain speed. I'll probably put my oly lifting goals on hold for now and just do a bunch of squat/deadlift cycles over the summer in hopes of fixing my muscle imbalances and getting some decent pc strength.
First game of the season is in 4 days. . .
