I am back to the journal and hopefully I can get things done much more efficiently. Minor set back for now just have  to take it easy and slowly get back into things. Injured my lower back (bulging disc) a few days ago but I will strive through it.

Today's workout:

Bike ~10minute warm up

Skip rope 3x25 (back felt achy)

Pull ups 4x10

Bench press 135lb 1x7 155lb 1x6  1x4

- Keeping core tight was a issue. Felt some pain.

Dumbbell curls 35lb 3x8

Dips 3x10

Pec dec 1x20  Tongue

supersetted with

Push ups 1x failure

Hyper extensions 3x8

- With this I just went with feel, slow and steady in hopes to not hurt anything. Workout intensity was overall 5/10 and this shit is bugging me. Just have to keep at it. Removing all ME jumping from workouts until lower back gets better.

Too bad about your back bro. A disc is a big injury from what i've heard. Those pullups are pretty boss bro!

How many max pushups did you do?

So how long till you can lift with your lower back bro?

41 push ups lulz pretty weak, and I don't know about my lower back. I am slowly getting back into things and I must stay active. Inactivity weakens my back and causes the muscles around the bulging disc to become stiff. Prolly will take week or two before I get better though.

Doing dumbbell lunges is definitely a good move on your part man. The low volume/low intensity thing is a great idea dawg...it'll keep you in the habit of being active without fucking you up until you're better.

Yeah bro , I am just going to stay consistent with dumbbell lunges for a while. Hopefully a quick recovery time.

-Returned back to practice today and played tight. Laterally, I lost a bit of speed but meh my back is probably 60% now. No workout today but took 250 shots mostly mid range.
