Monday- An usual basketball practice
Tuesday- Dynamic warm up

-Deapth jumps : 2x5 (not a high box,went for reactive and max jump)
-Deapth jumps into 2 broad jumps : 2x5
-Sprints 2x3 (about 30 m )
-Hurdle jumps for penultimate step : 3 sets of 3 jumps

Static stretching.workout grade is 8,i have some pain in my left calf so i didn't want to push it to hard.

why only 3 x 3 on the hurdle pen-step drill? i mean you can hit a bunch more volume on that if you want.. it's more of a form/technique drill.. perhaps the calf made you keep the volume low, that would make sense.

I know...but the hurdles are pretty high(i go for i nice jump too ) ...but i didn't want to push it this time because of a tendon or something in the left calf...i lowered the volume and i noticed that this Friday it didn't bother me that much . I hope i don't forget the camera on Tuesday too...so you can see the workout,peace strong.
