Monday- An usual basketball practice
Tuesday- Dynamic warm up
-Deapth jumps : 2x5 (not a high box,went for reactive and max jump)
-Deapth jumps into 2 broad jumps : 2x5
-Sprints 2x3 (about 30 m )
-Hurdle jumps for penultimate step : 3 sets of 3 jumps
Static stretching.workout grade is 8,i have some pain in my left calf so i didn't want to push it to hard.
