BODY TYPE: Skinny, not an ounce of fat. Hard for me to put on weight. Really cut, but wants to get bigger.
GOALS: Put on weight. Bigger, faster, stronger. 20-30 pounds by september 2011. Currently a Basketball,Football, and Track athlete.
CURRENT ABILITY: Max Bench: 120 lbs, Max sqaut: 105(with injury) Normal Max(8/10): around 135.
INJURY HISTORY: Fractured ankle w. surgery(11/1/10)
TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: Been in weight room since September 2009. I have had training with my schools extremely experienced and knowledgeable athletic trainer for Track; taught me olympic lifts and provided for me training programs.
CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM:In the Gym 4 out of 7 days. Squatting not in my ability till beginning of May due to my ankle injury. Upper body lifting: "Built Like a BadAss" by Joe Defranco.
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: Meats:[Strictly] Chicken,Turkey, and Fish. Salad for lunch, maybe dinner. Fruit everyday: [Consistently]Bananas, oranges, apples.
IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES: Classes Mon-Sat[Wed&Sat are half days], Physical therapy for ankle 4-5 days out of week.
