I'm going to become Ronnie Coleman, even though I am white.
The actual sport of bodybuilding is the gayest thing I've ever seen. Men with fake tans and wearing thongs getting judged by other men. And what goes on behind the scenes makes it even worse. Usually the winner is whoever's supplement company paid the most or whoever slept with the judges (srs). Plus they all look like shit

After a summer of lifting inconsistently and not very seriously, I'm back.  Ate like a bird this summer and definitely lost size in my chest/back, but I'm definitely a bit leaner now. Shoulders are looking great and I actually have biceps now. Definitely going to use strength goals now. Before just trying to be aesthetic I got satisfied too easily, because looking better than 96.87% of the population (sure I have a pathetic physique, but look around). Strength goals give me a tangible goal. Goals- (shortish term) Stay Under 200 Pounds Bench 275 Squat 435 Deadlift 500 35 Dips Monday September 19th Weight- 188 (bleh) Bench Press: Bar x12 135 x8 185 x5 225 x2 245 x1 250 x1 About the same as its been. I'll take it for now Dips: 24 18 15 Overhead Press 95 x5 125 x6 125 x6 125 x6 Seated DB Shoulder Press: 50s x10 50s x10 50s x10 Pec Dec 175 x12 175 x12 175 x12 Tricep Pushdowns: 180 x12 180 x10 170 x13

Alright, I'll be back next week. For those who don't know, I had a cancerous mole on my trap/neck area, so I had to get that cut, then recut, then recut again, so I've been inactive for the last few months. I was never in any danger, but it was a bitch and I had to get a lot of stitches twice, plus I got a nice scar ruining my aesthetics. Not sure where I am strength wise, but right now my goal is to hit 185-190 shredded. I weigh about 198 and look about the same as I did in the last pictures, so I don't think I lost much.
