AGE: 17

HEIGHT: 6'

WEIGHT: 72kg

SLEEP SCHEDULE: 10-6 depends on what ive done through out the day

BODY TYPE: athletic skinny

GOALS: Get bigger, Gain Muscle, Strength, Ripped

CURRENT ABILITY: Slowly getting there

INJURY HISTORY: Broken both pinkie fingers

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: I train hard when under someone elses instructions struggle to do it by myself as i cant get motivated

CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM: Daily individual workouts Leg monday arms tuesday etc for about 3 weeks

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: eat junk food, soft drink, protien shakes and creatine, veggies and meat

IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES: Basketball Saturdays and im not to sure about university as i havent got my offer yet
