Im so frustrated. I think i am working hard but i see no results

no matter what you do in practice, it's all on you in the games.
Had 2 games this weekend , on both games i sucked and my coach wants me to be a pass first PG but thats not what i am . I am a scorer PG . Like d-rose. Also I think i am gonna change my shooting form.

Right now i am shooting like shawn marion but with higher release i am shooting from my eyes but like that i am not comfortable when i am shooting mid range bcoz when i shoot i have to put a very high arc on the ball or it will just hit the front or the back rim or if i try to jump very high and shoot then i will just hit front rim and like hit 40-50% of my shots.
well he's the coach, that's the problem with team sports, you got to listen to him.. but if you are scoring like crazy, why would he want you to become a pass first point guard?
so i decided to shoot like kevin durant. ( i am just making examples they are not my idols or anything and i dont try to copy their shots) but like that i dont get a good spin on the ball , a good arc, and i have to jump very much forward etc if i try to shoot a 3pointer that way and i like dont let the ball spin or i dont kno how to explain from my fingers i like push the ball or smth and then it wont get spin at all and if it hits rim it will bounce 30 feet away from the basket but .
stop changing your shot.. settle with a form and perfect it.. the form you settle with should be pretty natural/comfortable at this point, you're 14 right? not much changing needed if your release looks decent.. changing your form all the time to try and 'figure something out' is just going to cause problems.
have to shoot alot more jumpers from that distance + general upper and lower strength.. plenty of "weak" people have insane range on their jumpers, it comes down mostly to technique + repetition, that's it.. there's no special exercises to improve range other than:
- practicing thousands of shots at that range
- improving general upper (including wrist/forearm) & lower body strength.
