SLEEP SCHEDULE: 22:00 or 23:00- 05:30 bcoz of work I usually sleep after work too 2-3 hours. when I dont have to go to work then 23:00 or 00:00 - 11:00. I fell to sleep easy, sometimes when I wake up I am a little sleepy.
BODY TYPE: I am not athletic or fat. typical body. though would like to drop some kg.
GOALS: Bench press 100kg, dunk on a 10 ft rim, gain alot of strength and muscle. squat 2x bodyweight.
CURRENT ABILITY:Can bench press 82kg, palm over the 10ft rim, 115 kg squat.

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: Did VJB strength 16 week program, gained 10-15 cm to my 2 foot jump and 30-35 kg to my max squat
CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM: Weight lifting 4x per week, sometimes play soccer for fun, few times per week shooting with my friend and 1n1.
BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: I take 5-10 grams of creatine everday, 50 grams of protein shake everyday, I try to eat as healthy as possible with my money.
