Hey everyone, I am back, whats been happening Ardarq?
Anyway long story short, I have stopped playing bball, but still been hitting the gym pretty hard, looking to start training again for a university games basketball tournament held in sepetmeber this year. I want to get my jump higher then before so hopefully being able to windmill is the main goal. Not going to post any strength goals up as i think i am now more than strong big enough for basketball.
Looking to cut down to 10BF% in the next 2/3 months, currently cutting on 2500 cals. + cardio, (lower back is still a bit fucked)
Starting in August or July i will be starting a cycle of testosterone-(Dont get angry Ardaq "from your sig" coz I am not playing basketball competitively anymore) this will hopefully give me some massive gains in my athleticism.
Going to be focusing on weight training in the 10-12rep range for lower body-as anything lower i always fuk my back., with heaps more emphasis on sprints and plyos
Currently sitting at 100kg at 15% B.F,
Bench 100kgx5
Not going to do barbell Squats at all anymore, they have been the sole cause of all my problems
Training currently is :
Chest+Triceps
Back +Biceps
Shoulders
Legs
Also i think now that i dont have basketball training fro 2hours 3x per week il be making some big gains.
Going to add light plyos before leg day and chest day starting this week and 10min skipping before each workout.
Finally got some motivation back and keen as fuk to get going!!
