Box Squats1x10 135lb 1x10 140lb 1x1 155lb (felt a sharp pain in right knee) -could not and will not give up 1x5 170lb1x3 185lb 1x3 195lb  -sorry damien I was feeling to strong tonight, had to go hard. Did not follow the program. Nice job mang!!!! how high is the box btw? P.S. After i finished reading this..I got  cuz Dagger is catching up with me, So i was like "FUCK BETTER GO  all night to keep him lower than me"....

I thought you were gonna hit up my workout? You don't have to be gifted in vertical to get it... I am a prime example, you are more gifted in vert than I am. It just doesn't come easy. The hardest part is strength because that takes a while to get to 2x or more bw squat. But after you get there... it's ova bruh. I think you should do something similar to what I'm doing - focusing primarily on strenf. Upper body split and hit up lower body twice a week or once every three days. I think lower body should have more priority. Add in some jumping and short sprints too. I wouldn't do a nightmare bulk lulz but definitely eat a lot more than you do now. Get in lots of proteinz at each meal and supplement with a protein shake. If you workout that much you should have a huge appetite. I typed all of this shiz on my phone bc my wireless on laptop is not working in my dorm yet (fml). It took a long time so you better read it and do it!

Good row and Great pullups..the front and side raises are kind of impressive i guess, I do not ever do them.. but You really need to be more consistent bro...You are wayy too random; Keep the journal here, and update it once in a while
