Terrible, *sigh* just terrible lol. I went to track practice, guess it was an off-day.. did like nothing. Then I started pouring, I was feeling ridiculous running up a hill when it was wet.

Didn't get in, oh well. Got a meet tomorrow against another school. I wonder how you should prepare for those. My PR was attained when I was feeling jacked up from not going to sleep and being on the edge.. pretty sure you're not supposed to do that.

2/23/11 - 8:00 PM - 1:00 AM ~ 5 Hours + 6:00 AM - 7:00 Nap ~ 1 Hours = ~ 6 Hours
2/24/11 - 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM ~8 1/2 Hours
2/25/11 - 10:00 - 7:00 AM ~ 9 Hours
2/26/11 - 3:00 AM - 11:00 AM ~ 8 hours
2/27/11 - 8:00 PM - 9:00 AM ~ 13 hours.. wtf.
2/28/11 - 3:30 - 7:30 AM ~ 4 hours, what I get for oversleep.
7-Day Average: 7.2 hours, nooo!

3/1/11 - 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM Nap. 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM Sleep. = ~9 hours in total
3/2/11 - 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM = ~7.5 hours
3/3/11 - 1:00 AM - 7:00 AM = 6 Hours + napping in class lol.
3/4/11 - 1:00 AM - 7:00 = 6 Hours, haha same thing as yesterday. sorta* compensated w/ napping.
3/5/11 - 3:00 AM - 12:00 PM = ~9 Hour
3/6/11 - 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM + 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM = ~8 Hours
3/7/11 - 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM = 2 Hours, really bad night. Got distracted in making something, I always do, especially at night.
7-Day Average: 6.8 hours, rounded up. ; not looking good.. I'm feeling good at least. I've been growing too, weird.

3/8/11 - 12:00 AM - 7:00 AM = ~7 Hours ; not exactly at 7, but sorta.
3/9/11 - 3:00 - 8:00 AM = ~5 Hours ; I actually.. felt very good.
3/10/11 - 3:00 - 7:00 AM = ~4 Hours ; my body caught up with me.. man I felt so horrid.
3/11/11 - 8:00 - 11:00 + 4:00 - 7:00 = ~6 Hours; felt good until around 3.. took a tylenol.
3/12/11 - 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM = ~11 Hours
3/13/11 - 5:00 AM - 10:00 AM = ~ 5 hours; Some nap in Afternoon +3 hours = ~8 Hours.
3/14/11 - 5:00 AM - 7:00 AM = ~ 2 Hours
7-Day Average: 5.7.. looking worst.

3/15/11 - On the 15th, turned 15. Yaaaaaah. 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM = 8 Hours

3/27/11 - 7:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. = 9Hours ( I had a surprising amount of energy from yesterday, couldn't sleep.)

Total hours: 6.4 hours (shit, okay.. making it up in spring break. going to get like 10 hours average of sleep haha)
3/29/11 - 0 Hours? Yeah, up all night. Hoe.
3/30/11 - 7:00 P.M. - 2:00 A.M. = 7 hours (long afternoon nap til' teh morning)
3/31/11 - 8:00 P.M. - 7:00 A.M. = 11 hours: Got home from track, went to bed.
