Firstly my legs felt real weird during weights today like they were rock solid... definitely didnt help...
yeh i know i should have done jumps first before the weights but the gym was absolutely packed and i saw that the squat rack was free as soon as i finished warming up so i had to go for it...
Trying to take this seriously now as my goal (to dunk at intercollege tournament) has been moved to august / september now so it is a very real possibility that i could even get an in game dunk by then if i work hard... so basically what could i do to improve / work it the most.... (whether that be schedule /routine etc.) atm prepared to go all out...
and secondly just wondering if ya reckon i should keep trying to build up my full squats or should i keep doing the heavier half squats...
