I've been Training for almost 1 month. The first day was the date 30 last month.
At the first day I can sqaut 50 kg. with smith machine and increase to 120 kg. with Squat rack in the training day 11.

Before Traning I can do a basic dunk, but now I my leg is very weak.

whatup man!

why have your legs gotten weak? I missed that part or forgot.. well glad you're getting those legs strong.

squat looked good.. for RDL, you need to keep the bar even closer to your body, and make sure all of the "lowering of the bar" comes from pushing the hips back.. putting feet a bit closer in and pointing toes straight with a very slight bend in the knee might help that movement feel even better.

Month 2, every thing getting better. I can squat up to 140 kg after 3 set of 100 kg and 1 set of 130.
In this month I can play a bb game, after last month (first month of training) I can not even play a game.
My legs  very weak because of the first month of training.

I'm at like the exact same spot as you in terms of how high I'm getting the ball over the rim, your misses look identical to mine too.

Nice vid...you're high enough to put it down, keep practicing and you'll be putting it down consistently.  Your jumps look more powerful than in your previous video.  Jumping technique looks good to me.
