why have your legs gotten weak? I missed that part or forgot.. well glad you're getting those legs strong.
squat looked good.. for RDL, you need to keep the bar even closer to your body, and make sure all of the "lowering of the bar" comes from pushing the hips back.. putting feet a bit closer in and pointing toes straight with a very slight bend in the knee might help that movement feel even better.
