hope you didn't die man, how did it go?


Took some X-rays. No collapsed lung. Doctor said it was broken cartilage near where my rib and sternum meet. He said just take a few days off from sports/ training. Funny thing is the symptoms i was feeling last night were the same ones i felt when my left lung collapsed but to lesser extent/pain.
Gonna take the rest of the week off and see what happens. thanks for looking out bro.

End of Week 5

Not gonna complete the last two workouts for this week cuz of my chest cartilage cracking.

First Reactivity Workout in a long ass time. working on light things while my chest recovers.

Pullups x 10
cone jumps 3x 10
depth jumps 3 x 6-8
line jumps 3 x 20 for time
