Went in on the workout today. Gonna rest up tomorrow and squat Monday, Weds and Fri
J-Hang Snatch - 35kg x 5, 50kg x 1 (horrible form), 50kg x 1 (horrible form), 50kg x 2 (first with perfect form/2nd with horrible form), 45kg x 5, 45kg x 3
Deadlift - 80kg x 8, 85kg x 4, 90kg x 2, 70kg x 8, 70kg x 5
Overhead squat - 15kg x 8, 15kg x 8, 15kg x 8 (I need to start doing front squats - just gotta work on the technique)
Benchpress - 50kg x 8, 55kg x 8, 70kg x 3
Chinups - Didn't count was way too fatigued so went home.
Pretty happy with the work I got in though - Next week my schedule should start falling into place so I can really hit this programme hard.
