Eh.

So say in a month or so, Lance or Andrew (or someone like me) runs through the entire journal and points out a few things you could be doing better, you change it up, maybe find some new motivation and blast through a goal.

Writing down the shit you did today for 10 minutes a day seems worth it IMO.
You want to cut the unnecessary out of your life, yes, but the possible advantages you can get for those 10 minutes of typing are worth it in my book.

Plus, since we're in a similar situation, I'd like to see if you can make it pro/semi-pro and compare our efforts a bit.

Your choice.

What's the shooting plan like though?
Hope it ain't shooting 500 jumpers or two hours twice a week, won't get you far.

Nah, shooting 3x a week for at least an hour at decent speed except for breaks where I work on form close to the basket and freethrows. I've no set routine 'cos I won't stick to it..rather I'm basing everything on weekly goals. Currently I hit 2-3 threes in a row consistenly and then I'll miss one or two - basically I'm about 50% from three unguarded. I wanna move that number up by one each week - ending the summer @ about 15-20 threes in a row. It won't make me a pure shooter but it will open up the rest of my game.
