Ha ha so I'm back. Took a bit of a lay off of training because I needed to focus on some issues in my life. Also I've changed the focus of my training a little bit, for now I just wanna get really big/strong with less of an emphasis on vert. So I've started the Ultimate Split by Kelly b. This is what my first workout looked like.

Upper body day
bench warmup with bar x10
65 lbs x6, 85 lbs x6, 105 lbs x6, 115 lbs x 4

pull ups 5, 3 regular, 12 and 6 assisted

dips 11, 5, 7

bicep curls 30 lbs x 12, 40 lbs x 5, 30 lbs x 6

12 push ups

 I've been working out just haven't been updating my log, anyway I'm going to regularly update my log from now on.
Today was another upper body day.
Did some running jumps beforehand and I couldn't even get rim. But it was snowing out and I didn't warmup either.

Bench worked up to a set of 105 for 5

pull ups 5 regular, 10, 6,5 assisted.

dips 13,7,5

bicep curls 40 lbs 8,6,4

15 push ups

Pretty crappy on everything except dips.

"I'm going to regularly update my log from now on"  Anyway this was today's workout, didn't do jumps beforehand because its still cold as fuck outside and I'm a pussy. Nah not really it was raining too so I didn't see the point if my jumps would have sucked.
Leg day today
Squats worked up to 150x5, just taking it slow for now.

poor man's reverse hypers 3x10 with a 5 lb weight between my legs. Its hard as fuck to hold the weight between your legs when doing these, maybe I'm just a motor moron, Idk.

pushups x17

Lower body Stretch.
