Ha ha so I'm back. Took a bit of a lay off of training because I needed to focus on some issues in my life. Also I've changed the focus of my training a little bit, for now I just wanna get really big/strong with less of an emphasis on vert. So I've started the Ultimate Split by Kelly b. This is what my first workout looked like.
Upper body day
bench warmup with bar x10
65 lbs x6, 85 lbs x6, 105 lbs x6, 115 lbs x 4
pull ups 5, 3 regular, 12 and 6 assisted
dips 11, 5, 7
bicep curls 30 lbs x 12, 40 lbs x 5, 30 lbs x 6
