B1) Incline DB curl

B2) Rope Pushdowns

Pretty good session. Pleased with the bench with 2 exra reps from last week and happy with the PR of 225lbs. Wasnt happy about the rows, wasnt feeling them at all and couldn't get a PR. Everything else went ok.

Great session! The vertical jumps felt mor explosive than last week and i was definitely getting higher. Squats where great and i ma happy with the PR, could have got three if i hadn't gone to failure on the previous set. Will get three for sure next week. Love bulgarian spit squats and again they kicked my ass. Pull trhoughs were not done to failure like last week and left a few rep in the tank. Was trying to pull through with the hips and squeeze the glutes at the end of the movement. Cant wait till i am flying!

Not too bad today, happy with PR's on chins and dips. Behind the back cable laterals are my favorite shoulder exercise and is very hard to cheat on them. The last set of barbell curl and overhead rope extensions where done as drop sets, good pump lol

Pretty good session. Sprints felt faster than previous weeks and the distance covered on bounding was further as well. Depth jumps felt explosive as ever and my last set saw a significant decrease in vertical jump. REA squats were really explosive and was thinking about going heavier but i will increase the weight next week. Really liking SLDL from pins, really kills my hamstrings!

Pretty decent session. Bench felt heavy in my hands, even warmup sets so i wa surprised i even got 2 reps at 295. Substituted barbell rows with cable rows as my warmup sets felt heavy and was using way too much body english for my liking. Decided to go lighter on DB shoulder press as i felt worn out, need better sleep!

Bulgarians were good and i felt as if i was going to pass out on the last set. Left a few reps in the tank with pull throughs as always but my glutes where killing afterward.

Thanks man! I am at 203lbs just now, trying to lose the weight slowly so i can maintain or increase my strength. Going to try 310lbs BSS in two weeks time which is 1.5xBW

Thanks man! Yeah i feel as if i can progress much more quickly week by week by avoiding absolute failure and grinding reps.

Pretty good session but disapointed with the bench, cant seem to go above 10 reps. Happy with the PR on dips and chins. My delts were smokes from dips and bench so standing military was tough, should be pushing decent weight in the next few weeks once i get used to the movement again though.
