Been really busy lately with college and started doing some personal training, so have had quite a few clients so not had time to myself apart from lifting lol. Basketball and vert training have took a back seat just now due to the time consrtaints so i have just been lifting heavy and getting out of the gym asap. Going to start wendlers 531 tomorrow, this will enable me to get in and out of the gym as quick as possible. Although i havent been training for vert since christmas , my standing is u and can now dunk from a standstill so its all good. Bodyweight is up to 205lbs without any major increase in body fat, and the new gym is awseome. Anyway here are some recent PR's
Squat: 220kg (485lbs) x 1
Deadlift: 260kg (573lbs) x 1
Bench: 150kg (330lbs) x 1
Overhead Press: 90kg (198lbs) x 1
So for wendlers 531, i will have a bench day, overhead press day, Deadlift day and a squat day and all will have 3-4 accessory movements. Accessories wont be set in stone and will go for feel and the day. Training times will change and can only work out at 7.30am and sessions will last between 60-90 mins depending on how busy my schedule is for that day. Will try to post in my journal, if not daily then weekly where i have enough time at the weekends just now.
