Box Squat: 165x6, 165x6, 165x5, 165x6, 165x6

On the third set I guess I didn't get enough rest because on the next two sets I got all of the reps.

I was going to deadlift but some people say squatting and deadlifting on the same day is dangerous. What do you guys think about that?

'some people' are fools.  they are 2 tough exercises so it's physically demanding/draining, but if done with proper technique as it always should be, it's not dangerous.

I did squat and deadlifted on the same day and at that exact point I first felt my back "weird". The thing is, if the squatting volume is pretty high, which fatigues your lowerback, and at the same time your deadlift technique is not that great (a lot of lowback involvement, like in my case, as a prime mover) then maybe it's not such a good idea. That is - if you're going to lift hard.

Same as anything though, if form is breaking down then stop or lighten the load.
