so here's my stats: 5'10 152 squat: 215 x 8 past parallel benchpress: 205x5 vert: haven't tested past 3 months, maybe 26 standing...not very good running one leg vert: possibly 30? i would say 28-30, 30 at best probably at this point I haven't really jumped much in the past however long, been pretty busy with school and whatnot the sad thing is last year i actually had about a 28 standing, and a running vert that had to have been within a 32-34 and i could almost dunk, but never quite got there. I'll keep my journal updated with lifts and jumps p.s. when i saw a name on this forum called "vag," i just couldn't help myself I currently go to community college in Oregon, and there isn't much to do around where i live, and i was browsing the internet, and i stumbled upon the vertical jump bible...and i read it, then applied some of it to use, and it literally made sense. so much different than people like adam linkenauger and jumpsole products, who try to lie people into wasting their money.

aight id love for you to post that vid on this forum. anyhow, yeah speaking of being a pussy, here was today's workout. benchpress: (warm up) 125x1 145x3 165x1 175x1 195x1 (main set) 215x3 ( i was truly aiming for 4 reps, and had my mind set on nailing 4, but upon completing the 3rd, when i tried to press out the 4th rep i simply couldn't and i ended up hurting myself, because i had no spotter, and getting the weight off my chest was awkward the roll of shame is very painful and demanding...fuck that hurt...now my chest/pec fibers are strained as sheezaz, and im icing them right now as i type this. anyhow, i was not to be denied. i continued the workout as planned: incline press: 125x3 145x3 165x3 175x2 i finished by seated shoulder pressing a 25 lb weight plate for 5 reps on each shoulder, then did curls with the 25 lb plate. i have no dumbells in my house, lol. and the weight increments appear weird because my barbell is a 35 pound barbell from sports authority... i did about 5 curls per arm in a row squat: (warm up) 125x2 175x2 195x1 (work set): 225x6-upon completing a difficult 5th rep bouncing out of the hole, i thought to myself for a second, you know you just hurt yourself trying to milk out a heavy ass last rep on the bench, but then i said fuck it, im not afraid of lifting this weight-and proceeded to complete a 6th deep rep relatively clean. overall, the weight from 125-175 on the bench felt heavy...for whatever reason. then 195 and up didn't feel too heavy. on the squat 125-175 felt heavy-then 195 and up...felt, idk-more heavy, but i stood up more sharply. weird anyhow, my goal for next workout is to squat 235x4 reps ( i NEED to do at least 4) that would be a little over 1.5x bw x 4 reps and would really be a nice accomplishment. i dont have any 2.5 plates because when i dropped the bar once when i couldn't lift a weight, 2.5s were on the end and one cracked. so i have 1 2.5 then 1 2.5 plate, of which 1/3 or so has been cracked off. idk maybe i should tape it? or just put something kinda heavy on it. lol 5 pound increments may lead to a quicker increase in lifts, but it also presents problems of not being able to do in between weight. i guess ill live with it and lift in 10 pound increments in my basement. comm college stands for community college by the way.

any advice for what to do w chest injury? im icing, putting aloe vera on it, ... what says the board...take 3 days off and lift on...tuesday? would that be enough time...i have been doing stretching and popping of shoulder and chest muscles to make sure i can still move em etc

7'6 anyway today's workout was as follows: benchpress 125x3 145x2 165x1 175x1 195x1 215x1 225x1 225x1(each rep was successful) afterward i benched 195x3 170x6 at college gym squat 125x3 175x2 195x1 225x1 235x4(went atg each rep, 4th was very difficult, almost fell over and killed myself, yet i still went all the way down then stood up cleanly enough) first 3 reps were clean enough all were past parallel and completed in less than 2.25 seconds on the way up, perhaps under 2 for the first 2 235x1 weight today:150 exactly in the morning...after chipotle and whatnot...154 seated shoulder press (75 degree incline id say) 155x6 135x6 bicep curls: 30 pound dumbbell each armx10 reps standing shoulder press 35 lb dumbbellx10 per arm repeated reps number of bitches bagged: 0. i got this one bitch's number, then i tried textin her...but she wasn't feelin it. like it was going well when she said what's your name and i told her my name, then somebody else asked me my name and i said "daunte" and the person was like, you're a jerk, and then this bitch must have somehow agreed with whatever the person said. that, and not having gotten laid in a week is pretty tough. i wish to change this as soon as possible. plus i have a 300 something dollar paycheck waiting at this store i worked at until 2 weeks ago then i left and still haven't gone in to pick it up. fuck it i have to do that shit eventually. tomorrow

I'm 5'11 with the same reach. there are discrepancies and outliers with any physical measurements, and any height across the board does not necessarily fall into a certain reach 100% of the time. anyhow, i live in oregon and i attend portland community college. i don't know why i keep being told i am someone who i am not. anyhow, when somebody says i speak the same way as another person, how can one have definitive proof or evidence that somebody was exactly who they thought they were on one/two/multiple message boards(as is being purported). my name is Stanley Dent. i dont know who squidward was meant to have been, but i have seen him on spongebob, and he is one of the better characters along with mr krabbs. and if there isn't any doubt in anybody's mind, then this seems to be quasi-fundamental religion/mythology at its finest. being sure of something that you are completely incorrect about. (odds people can type in the same manner at a keyboard over the computer-let me make a reasonable guess...(.01%) perhaps 1/1000 chance...even 1/10000 if it's going to be debated. (number of 15-21 year old males in the US who could register at any forum and post shit that people get menstrual over and start being bitchified about...(a lot more than 1000, 10,000, or 1,000,000 for that matter.) you misinformation is terrible. your logic is not sound. 2 people can have the same opinion when it comes to women, sexual slang terminology, weightlifting depth, jumping technique, music, etc...a variety of things. when you're right you're right. and when you're wrong, boy are you wrong.
