THINGS DONE CHANGED
1st thing im back on uberman sleep pattern, currently on cycle6. total sleep 13hours(5hours oversleep) total 26 naps. im experimenting with sleep and recovery, a very activ lifestyle with very clean diet and 2hours sleep a day. im on sum matrix shit,you think thats air your breathing type shit, we sleep for 8hours bkuz we believe thats wat is necessary to be fully functional, testin out the code, see if it can b edited. and id like to disprove the ubercritics who say polyphasic effects physical performance.

sad times recently,i split with fiancee after 4years of total happiness, which is one reason i hav the time and freedom blast off uberman again. i pray evryday that we will b 2gether agen

winter times put me in workout hibernation mode, but the sun is out agen in england so gotime agen, the main aim of the workouts is still jumpin really high, jus a lil twist on frequency and shit dependin on how long it takes to recover.

the day after this me and a few m8s went to a mountain/huge steephill to chill out, wen we got there,shoes and socks came off and we were doin short sprints up the mountain on all fours, was good shit, my ass was cained frm the squats but the sun and the fun took my mind of it xD and we walked for fuckin miles.......

my shins/ankles took a beatin.
inbetween that day and the workout i did yesterday, i dont really remember much kuz iv been a tired zombie, a mix of 50pushups, 10 pullups, abwheel, bmx sprints to the firestation.

both of us were feelin it after that, pushin 75kg as hard as poss. and we decided to end it there which then turned into see what else u can do while u feel knakerd. so my friend trys tricep dips and manages 5, then i banged out 20. then we go str8 into pushups, he squezzed out 8, and for sum reason where id normally fall onto my face i got 30!! it was a good comparison for the uberproject considerin wen we workout we not far off each other.
ill b updatin with sum more detailed workouts in the future, and i reckon its gona get interestin in a few weeks wen i adapt
