Practice at 9am
-entire practice was done with little to no rest (time it takes to go from one exercise to the next)
LEGS
Squat; Leg Press; Leg Extention; Leg Curl
-Circuit training, no rest, 60/70% 8rep max (went back deep on the leg press, also did the squats explosively as if I was jumping, as explained by lance on another topic, which caused the bar to fly off my shoulders a little. Did this only on the 2nd set)
TRICEPS
Tricep Pushdown V bar; Standing Bent-Over Two-Arm Cable Triceps Extension (elbows next to head);Reverse Grip Triceps Pushdown
- Circuit training, no rest, 90% 8rep max
SHOULDERS
Seated Dumbbell Press; Dumbbell Lateral Raise; Front Dumbbell Raise; Shrugs
- Circuit training, no rest, 70/80% 8rep max
ABS
Flat Bench Lying Leg Raise
4x40 rest was sporadic and lasted for 10-25s because of leg and hipflexor burn
