AGE: 16 [turning 17 on June 22]

HEIGHT: 5'8

WEIGHT: 138

SLEEP SCHEDULE: sleep 11pm- 12 pm  wake 7 am - 10 am

BODY TYPE: high metabolism, lean and skinny, fit

GOALS: 35 inch vertical

CURRENT ABILITY: 20 inch vertical

INJURY HISTORY: none

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS: one and half month of insanity but got busy very active and energetic

CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM: none

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET: eat a lot, candy chips, occasional snacks and soda, eat a lot of food, very high metabolism around 1550 to 200 calories a day

IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES: will start basketball practice 4 hrs a day during the summer for at least 4 days a week, along with some other exercising
