listen, I appreciate everyone who signs up to this site & starts a journal, but if you're a quitter or deserter you will end up here.
I don't get how someone who has an athletic dream, finally gets the drive to start a journal, then barely has anything to show for in it? Is it lazyness, boredom, or did they just quit? Who knows and you know what, who cares. If you're going to start a journal, please, keep to it. If you're going to stop journaling, drop a post explaining why. Of all the failures in athletics, it usually has something to do with people who are too lazy to keep a journal. I mean, come on, how can you progress as an athlete if you're too lazy to monitor your training day in and day out? You can't.
Anyway, adarq.org is a family full of athletes who not only dream about transforming their athleticism, physique, or whatever:
we actually do it. So if you find yourself here, realize you're probably just a kitten. Kittens don't last long in the wolf pack, they get eaten up.
adios.

[06:15am] bjpenn: "realize that youre a wuss fuck"
ps: If you want your journal back into the progress journals section, just give me a pm or bump this thread.
ps2: Props to everyone who maintains their progress on this site or any other, for the duration of their journey.
