I've got a question - i'm currently logging a short-term program (3 weeks originally but will prob end up being 5 weeks) - with no intention of maintaining it beyond that. Is that allowed by the system? I'll make another log after finishing the current one of course - but the current one is just tracking one phase of training.
thats fine but the best idea is what lbss said, just maintain one log.. thats the best way to do it..
