SLEEP SCHEDULE:i am on shifted working hour.2 weeks day and 2 weeks night.

BODY TYPE:

GOALS: :ibjumping:increase 3 inches

CURRENT ABILITY:touch the rim about 1/3 palm

INJURY HISTORY:

TRAINING HISTORY & ACHIEVEMENTS:from 25 inches to 30 inches but can not increas any more.hit a plateau.

CURRENT ACTIVITY LEVEL AND/OR TRAINING PROGRAM:jump manual.

BRIEF OVERVIEW OF CURRENT DIET:3 meals a day as normal.

IMPORTANT ACTIVITIES:play basketbal once a week and follow the jump manual.
