Yeah funny though that the training effect seems to fade. For me at least.
Also, when you can't change the athlete's angle you change the running surface's angle. That will train acceleration and the digging phase better (start of the sprint).
Maybe thats it. My acceleration feels a lot better. Thats a more accurate description of the 'powerful' feeling.
Whatever it is I like it. Gonna keep doing them 2 times a week
