perfect push up (rotating push up helper thingy)

(1/3) > >>

ghettoracer:
any one use these?  the reviews seems to be great.  i'm gonna pick up a set.

Joe:
I doubt the benefits are worth the 20 or 30 bucks you will have to drop on them. If you want to do extended ROM pushups just elevate your hands on some books. The likely reason that most people give positive reviews saying that "they work" is that they were probably too fucking lazy to do anything about it, but once they have paid for an exercise device they feel obliged to do something with it. If you are on this site that most likely cannot be said of you.

adarqui:
i've tried them, I personally don't like them.. but people at the gym I used to work at, many of them loved the perfect pushup.. I actually don't like the rotation, feels weird.

ghettoracer:
they are only about $8 shipped in Taiwan.  :-)  i like the idea behind it and most reviews on amazon are quite positive about it.  adarq: maybe you'll like them if you tried them for a bit longer?!
