I've never really had lower back issues. That is until recently when I had back muscles myofascial massage and it was good but it has caused some lower back issues.
I have very tight hips it seems and release point in hips helps a lot. But after a bit of sitting it starts to tighten up again.
Suggestions? Thank you

If my hip flexors are tight I have shocking lower back problems. Lucky for me it's simply a case of stretching out my hip flexors and that usually fixes the problems. My suggesstions would be:
- stretch hip flexors, calves, lats
- strengthen QL (this was a hidden issue for me for years)

the strange thing is ive never really had this issue before til now.... and i havent lifted too heavy....
I had lower back issues recently that I haven't had in 10 years due to my hip flexors being too tight. It was a combination of sitting too much and not stretching basically. Mine had nothing to do with lifting. I could still lift and play ball without issues. It caused me grief when sitting and sleeping though.

stretch and strengthen hip flexor
stretch lower back, it is usually tight if you sit a lot - sitting in a ATG squat position while rounding over stretches it
planks
glute bridges and holds - to activate glutes, and also stretches the hip flexors
