15 year old basketball player trying to jump higher

All my life people who don't work nearly as hard or dedicated to the sport of basketball or jump training have always outperformed me. It's crazy. It both discourages me and makes me that much more encouraged to do it.

Been jump training for a while until I actually found the "way". Many hours researching how the body really works. Many years training. I've been doing heavy lifting brutally and nearly religiously for a while now. I am now 15 years old, 6'1", 180 lbs , and I can squat 315lbs x 7 ATG and 325lbsx6 ATG. I train mostly squats and deadlifts, which is why they are high compared to other lifts.

I can't jump though. The best I can get up is grabbing rim with both hands. I can touch rim from both hands from a standstill.

I need to work on my rate of force development.

Today I was doing Complexes with heavy deadlifts, kettle bell swings, depth jumps, and depth drops.
