Title: 5.18 40 running future NFL star
Post by: VG14 on January 07, 2011, 09:05:15 am: Hey forumz, hope to learn a lot from you guys and have some fun in the process :)

Name's Gon�alo, ich bin Portuguese and am a football player and no not soccer, football.

basicly Im very weak when it comes to jumping/sprinting seeing as ive always done some or other type of cardio and just recently started doing weightlifting and plyos. Like I said Im very weak in those areas and good advice'd be greatly appreciated as Im a total n00b still experimenting with everything :strong:

I know, I did 11 years of German. From the 2nd grade all the way up to the 12th grade. Nothing got to me. I can read but I don't know any grammar or what the words mean. I can just correlate stuff with English... and yes, I know ich bin = I am.

Nah, here in Portugal. Its pretty new so the skill level isnt that high but the guysre tough trust me :p Also, thx man I really appretiate it :)

@ I did German all the way to the 4th grade but I never learned anything from it. I could hold my own in a conversation in english by grade 2, through watching movies, video games etc. but not the language I was actually studying lol
