My name is Dev. I'm 35 years old. Joined this site tonight as it came highly recommended by a user on here called Rip. I'm mainly interested in putting on some serious muscle mass and gain some strength. Looks like there are lot of basketball fans on here, but thats not my thing at all. I do look forward to all the cool information on the site.

Hey, this is rip, Brandon from the Y. It's nice to see that you actually came to the site, it shows that you are willing to put forth some effort to get some serious results. This site isn't so much big on basketball, but it's more targeted to speed and power athletes, but there are still some here that have the same goals as you. If you are willing to work hard and are very dedicated, you will get the results that you want!

Welcome!

As Rip said, most of the information is geared towards speed and power athletes, but much of it is still applicable to those seeking to gain mass.

this site is geared towards any goal, even though it looks like mostly vert/power/speed..

briefly, what kind of routine are you on, for putting on mass?

that's real cool that rip referred you to the site, he's humble so he won't tell you, but he is one of the hardest working kids i've ever seen.. hah

Thanks guys for your warm welcome.  Been having really good time with Rip at the gym, he's already taught me some cool stuff. We had a killing leg work out today. I do look forward to learning more from here and interacting with you guys. Once again, thank you. Cheers :)
