Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

well , my VJ and RVJ gap was allways sth like 5-6''
it looks like it got up to 7'' now but maybe not:
the standing VJ PR was set in 2 May , the RVJ was ~2 months later , i havent measured standing vert since 2 may
but if its not 7'' its sure more than 5''
nth close to your 10''+ though , youre the reactivity king! :D
