Title: Hi, this is pjtvs
Post by: pjtvs on February 12, 2011, 07:36:00 am
Hi everyone

This is pjtvs. I was a member of TVS. I checked that but it seems pretty dead...
So i decided to come to this site.

I am a belgian 21yo, 6ft tall, about 155-160lbs.
I used to be in basketball but then i quit that to go train for the 400m. That unfortunately did not work out very well. There were injuries but also the fact that i cannot see my trainer for months in a row is not a good thing at all.

So i decided to pick up what i always loved: training for speed/power/strength and mainly vertical jump!

I don't have any stats right now. I am in mediocre shape, have been way better.

I am in my 4th year of physiotherapy at Leuven university so i know a thing or two about anatomy and sports training in general. After i finish my 5th year, i might start starting sports at the university as well.

I will start up a journal in which i will share my training and post up some vids!

Greetings

Pjtvs

400m is tough to do without a 'group' + coach.

really cool man, physio brings in the money but sport training (S&C) is always more fun to me, that's why i went that route.
