Current stats
Age:14
Height:5'10.5"
Standing reach:7'7"  >:(
Weight: 180
Standing vertical:about 25"
Running vertical: about 32"  :ninja: (yes I'm a ninja)
Squat:285lbs
Deadlift:335 lbs  :strong:
Bench press: 145 lbs

I am also a freshman basketball player and I can dunk a tennis ball. I hope to be dunking a real basketball by the end of the 9th grade.  :rant:

More 14 years-old on here? Damn.. dunk a tennis ball? I can barely touch rim haha.

Nice squat/deadlift, I'm not even trying to do those yet.

145lbs. Bench Press? Doesn't look like that's your bench hehe.
Lazy kid. Doesn't take training as extreme/serious as most of adarq.org

That is my tennis ball dunk and yeah my bench is very weak, but is slowly going up.


You should squat and deadlift definitely, will help your vert the most.
