Yup it's me, clamantfever. For those of you new to the youtube dunk community, me and adarqui/tvs go waaayyy back so ask them about me I'm sure they'll go on for ages. Anyways don't worry I'm not here to start shit with anyone or rub it in anyones face now that I'm way better. Just here to network and talk about vert like everyone else, I know I did a bunch of stupid shit when I was younger but I'm different now. The only person I will make an exception for and talk shit to is b0ka/sathernut becuz he's just a jackass straight up. Other than that I'm not a grudge holder and I'm past my old comment battles with everyone else. Now that I got that disclaimer out of the way...check out my new vid:

welcome to the forum man, i liked the new vid, the windmills were sick & that jump at the beginning was very impressive.. like we talked about in that other thread, would be interesting to see some max height tomohawk/windmill/power dunks from lob, i'm guessing you could land some ridiculous footage off lob.
you doing anything other than basketball/dunking/jumping for your vert?

you doing anything other than basketball/dunking/jumping for your vert?

for a lil bit i just did basketball/dunking/jumping(and abs), gained like 3 inches that way and finally got my elbow up at the rim. but now i'm doing on a training program doing squats and plyosso i can get my elbow 2 or 3 inches over the rim.
