Aspiring 5'9 Dunker

Hey i'm new and i am glad to be part of these forums as i found out about it from Isaiaha Rivera. I'm a 5'9 aspiring dunker with a 7'7 standing reach in shoes and my current max vertical of one-foot is 33inches (10ft 4 max touch). I have been jumping for fun for the same amount of time i have been playing basketball which is 3 years, previously coming from 15 years of soccer. My long-term 2020 goal is to dunk consistently off one-foot and also touch the 10ft rim off standing vertical. My inspirations are Steven Celi, Jumpsbychi and many more 5'9 Kings in the community with John Evans and Rivera being my main sources of knowledge. I like to put in work and i am very focused in investing my time into improving every aspect of myself and being good at everything. I have been going to the gym for about 2years now but was never consistent in my workouts, as i was freeballing it just doing whatever i felt like but with maximal intent. Here are some of my PBS in the Gym:
Current weight: 86kg
140kg 1rm Squat (I have never tried going my heaviest on squats because i don't feel safe)
160kg 1rm hex deadlift
75kg 1rm BP

The gym opens back up on the 15th of June where i live and i am planning on getting a personalized coach (THP) when it does come back and go full effort. I am grateful for the knowledge and help i am able to get from these forums and am excited to become part of the adarq community and build connections would people who like putting in that WORK.

and i have also attached a note of goals and currently achieved dunks
Cheers for listening

welcome man, nice to have you on board.

what's your current or planned workout routine
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73
