Title: Old Coach - new to forum
Post by: dogeedoo on May 05, 2011, 09:02:47 am
My name is Chris Scarborough.  I am a speed and strength coach.  I have been reading posts a while and decided to join.

Hope I can add to the discussion through teaching running technique by video, as well as learning from you guys here.

Welcome to the forum!

Out of curiosity, how high of a level have you coached speed/strength at? I have no ulterior motive for this information, I simply am just curious.

Highest level -- All-pro NFL football player, but most of my athletes are middle to high school level.  Also, a few college (mostly football guys).

I was told about this forum by a friend.  I did an interview with Jay Shroeder and he told me quotes from it were all over the forum (found them in the "Call em out" section.

Anyhow, I checked it out.  I like a lot of the stuff on here.

That's sweet! Can I ask who it is?

Do you deal with basketball players much?
