Outline:
- use KBs training (not VJB - 1 on 1 program)  to get my numbers back up and give him a shout when Level 1 goals are attained
- light body recomp
- light plyo/coordination training



back to training.  time to make my screen name ring true

So you're still training with KB? For how long? And how much did you gain in VJ and squat numbers?

@raptor - i did about 11 weeks of training with KB (more or less getting my strength levels up)... i did a deload and told KB that I had a very busy schedule ahead of me (wedding/excuses/yada yada) so upon the day that I get my numbers high enough, our paid training time would come to a timeout.  He had no problem with me continuing when I was ready.

^that was a year+ ago, back to the grind

Hi Lazarus, great to have you here, the main contributors on tvs have moved here, and i'm really glad it happened that way, although it's too bad TVS isn't what it was...
