I'm going to try that, I love those challenges
----------------------------------------------------------------
Note for self:
A
>>    Jump Squats
>>    Half Squats
>>    Partials at the bottom: 3-5 x 15 (very controlled)
>>    Calf Raises
>>    RDL
>>
>> B
>>    Jump Squats
>>    Half Squats
>>    Squat singles x 10, reset between reps, just working on hitting
>> depth comfortably with moderate loads
>>    Calf Raises
>>    RDL
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

nice, it's one of my favorites because it's not so strict; allows you to make mistakes & just counts them against you at the end, this lets you get a nice rhythm.

here's another one of my favorites, programming language speed typer:

I can tell it is using american grammer as i typed centre instead of center. I got 70 WPM  349CPM for this one.

my best I can get is, Your score: 368 CPM (that is 74 WPM) after tired attempts, will try again later

nice!

you try the typing.io one? it's cool because you type out actual code. my fastest was on the haskell one, 77. Haskell has a nice syntax, more whitespace, less brackets/parens.

I decided to try it out, since I have access to computer, I tried haskel, i got 40wm i got stuck on the first one which delayed me, i thought it was a space but it was a full stop so that slowed me down also my hands are are tired so it presses two keys its not fully coordinated as normal lol. 29% unproductive something...

looked at c++ its something i used to type during my C++ module but some symbols i can't see the keyboard i have some keys are in a different location, once i get my fingers rested i want to try c++ its tricky words and symbols but i can still do it as it uses the same syntax i have used such as if else namespace, etc.

very fun

When I type my start speed is up at 103 WPM my highest yet, but after 1 minute tiring to keep it maintained, but I was able to get 80 WPM after two mistakes, next challenge try and get 90, I have the speed to do 100+ but need to maintain it.  :wowthatwasnutswtf:
