In case someone decides to bully you or sucker punch you or punch your face, is there a way to body slam them or get the fight to the ground?

I am not a figher and i don't punch hard at all, however i have a lot of core and leg strenght, and a lot of back strength.

isn't a body slam the move they do on wrestling where the guy is lying on the ground and he jumps off the ropes and directs his belly/chest on the opponent guys chest.

my inexperienced 2 cents regarding bringing a guy down to the ground would be to have your hands up ready to deflect his attacks and to grab either his arms, head whatever it takes to control him and bring him to the ground.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

i dno. i feel like if someone sucker punches me, it'd be ok to attack the nuts. a nice nut kick, some head shots, then a nut punch, then potentially some ground kicks and a nut stomp.

nah, that's a dive bomb.

body slam is where you grab someone (bear hug style usually) and just slam them into the ground.

i avoid the ground at all costs, last place I want to be. safest place to be is standing IMHO, well especially for a boxer-type, but even in general. Going to the ground can get really messy.

^^^ this. The ground looks great in the UFC and a gracie breakdown video but you really want to be careful of doing that. Leaves you open to so many other attacks. Like a mate or the guys pissed off girlfriend just waiting to kick you in the head.

If you're referring to specifically sparring a douchebag wanna be MMA fighter like Zelenoff then that's a different story and a double leg is your new best friend.

I didn't mean fight him on the ground, but if you can bring him to the ground and you are standing and you can do what you want as you are at an advantage.
