Tim Hague declared brain dead.. :/ crazy

After MMA, he tried a go at pro boxing. He was getting wrecked in this fight until he was KO'd at the end. They took him to the hospital, he slipped into (or it was induced) a coma. Now he's been declared brain dead. :/

The fight should have been stopped long before that KO... horrible. damn.

Crazy fight. Almost a double knockout. Fedor just couldn't recover fast enough.

Disappointed for Fedor as he's pretty much my all time favourite. He's taken so much punishment over the years, especially in all those crazy Pride fights he had. Should have stayed retired.

yeah, epic pride fights. i'll never forget when he survived that tombstone slam on his neck by randleman.. I doubt anyone forgets that. Unreal fight to watch live. Pride had the best "production".

He should have fought more in his prime though, after pride. If he did, he wouldn't really need to be fighting now. I mean maybe he just enjoys it but.. he was a legit threat at the top of the HW division in UFC, if he would have started fighting soon after Pride was bought out.. he took way too much time before fighting again, then had a bunch of rough fights in strike force.

interesting to see how his career turned out.. i wonder if he doubted himself or something? I don't get it. He was a "god" in MMA. His legacy has definitely been tarnished by so many losses/lack of fights following pride.

Yeah I miss Pride. I even miss the Bushido production pro wrestling that ran before pride that was fixed but was still super violent. That and K1 at the time was just so good.

I can only assume he had massive issues with contracts and America. I know there was huge involvement from the Yakuza in Pride so there may have been issues with that and signing on with an American production. I love listening to Bas Rutten and Mauro Ranallo talk about those days. So much knowledge there.

Yeah he was a God. Should have just left it. Same with Sakuraba. The dude had so many legendary fights and has come back again and again with less than stellar results.
