completely owned.

dno why she thinks she can box.. she obviously can't. insane. Her coach is the biggest failure i've ever seen. He's completely ruined her.

advice: don't try to box.. evade, takedown, rip arm apart, repeat.

Damn, some people said that her mindset was in it. But wat happened to her since that last defeat that this happened.
True she can't box as was shown in the video of her shadow boxing lol. She needs to change her coach.

EDIT: I meant to say her mindsent was not in it.

Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

The first pic is the face you make when you get a bj and she keeps going at it after you've finished.

There's a Q&A where the chick who won rips into rouseys coach for making her think she can box.

She got saved by Herb.

Maybe she should take up Mayweather's boxing offer :P

I saw a post on another forum:

"No idea why she didn't clinch, and try to throw".

"Amanda never gave her a chance to. She was eating full force shots to the face with no head movement, her head never moving off the center line. Amanda is a black belt in BJJ, brown belt in judo. Her grappling is good enough to keep Ronda off her when the striking differential is that drastic. Ronda's striking defense isn't good enough to allow her to even get to her grappling anymore. She's basically Royce Gracie with tits".

Like me, I think that I'm a better person now as far as maturing because I've grown mentally. I just really look at life totally different as I get older. Even with my children, everybody worry about having children that look good instead of worrying about having a child that's healthy and smart. I think in a black household, they think that beating a child, that's the only discipline. I never had to whoop my child. I communicate with my children because I was a child that was beaten by my father and I was scared to go to my dad and communicate with him about a lot of things that was going on in my life. I was too scared to talk to him about it. It was a lot of drastic situations that I wanted to tell my dad about, but I was too scared. I thought I was going to get beat or get whooped. That's why I don't beat or whoop my children because I want them to be able to come to me and be able to communicate and talk to me about anything in life. Everything is a learning experience.

Rousey got too "full of herself", now the entire internet is laughing at her. That has to be a tough thing to go through in life.. Being on top of the world, then being the punchline (no pun intended) to everyone's jokes/memes/etc after having lost so devastatingly.

The same thing happened to Conor when he lost to Nate.. I mean props for moving up so much in weight but, if he's the king he should have been able to beat Nate. He smartened up and moved back down in weight, lol.

I guess that's one thing that always impressed me about Mayweather Jr.. He loved playing the villain role because he knows it sells & made him tons of money, yet he was able to back it up every fight & not let the 'weight of his words/actions' collapse on him. I'd have rather him not played the villain, i'm just impressed by his ability to disappoint the "haters" every time he fought.. That's incredibly impressive. Everyone who tries to imitate him eventually fails miserably. He was never really one to not touch gloves or do anything dirty in a fight - unless you did something dirty to him.. So I guess that showed his true colors in the ring.

Remember when Victor Ortiz head butt Floyd, crazy dirty.. then he apologized, Floyd accepted it.. Then he tried to give him a hug when the fight was back on and Floyd KTFO'd him???????? LMFAO.

That "not touching gloves" nonsense etc is what made me instantly turn on Rousey.. She damaged her own image but wasn't able to back it up .. that's the worst.

She seriously does have the worst knockout face I've ever seen.  She looks like she took triple the amount of dbol and all of the water in her body went to her face.

eek brutal.

rousey would need some 'tune up fights' if she wants to try and stay in the fight game.. it would not be a good idea for her to try and go back in there with nunes.. nunes is scary brutal.
