Title: "The last post from this IP was 2 seconds ago"
Post by: adarqui on June 22, 2016, 01:56:21 pm
anyone ever get this? i'm so surprised i've only just now seen this.. considering EVERY POST that actually hits the forum, comes from the same IP address.. since it's tunneled through an HAPROXY server, with the REAL-IP set in headers.

Nop, never had that. Weird indeed, IP is always the same. I guess it is a matter of coincidence? concurrent posts = IP warning.
posts per day = ~50
2-seconds slots per day = 86400
probability of posts in the same slot = 0.05%

yup because of the NAT'ing & LXC containers.. it's only been there for the last ~1.5 years -> when we switched over to linode.. but still, would have expected to see it sooner.
