hey,

sorry everyone... at least we didn't lose any data. Ok so, server 'broke', and had to wait on hosting to fix.. In the meantime, I was going to just force a migration to the new nodebb stuff, but I really don't want to do that right now, so much on my plate recently.. It's still on the todo list, can't wait, but for now this smf forum is still solid.

love all of you <3

ok time to lift some wtz.

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

hahahahaha, thanks man.
"Performance during stretch-shortening cycle exercise is influenced by the visco-elastic properties of the muscle-tendon units. During stretching of an activated muscle, mechanical energy is absorbed in the tendon structures (tendon and aponeurosis) and this energy can subsequently be re-utilized if shortening of the muscle immediately follows the stretching. According to Biscotti (2000), 72% of the elastic energy restitution action comes from tendons, 28% - from contractile elements of muscles.

Is the site ultra-slow for anyone else than me?
It is not a random login behavior, for me it has been on a steady ultra-slow state as of yesterday ( 5 November ).

Yeah it's extremely slow. As I was loading this post up I was thinking "I bet it's about how slow the forum performs lately".
